Oliver C. Schultheiss ist Professor für Psychologie an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen und leitet das Human Motivation and Affective Neuroscience Lab (HuMAN Lab). In seiner Forschung untersucht er Motivation aus der Perspektive der Verhaltensendokrinologie und der Neuropsychologie. Seine aktuelle Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die Messung sexueller Motivation sowie auf die Rolle hormoneller Prozesse und des Lernens für die Motivation.
